Six Pillar funds established businesses with its own money, so there is no broker between you and the decision. You get an answer sooner, you pay less for the capital, and the same people stay with you from the application to the wire.
A decision the same day. Funded by us, not placed with someone else. No broker fees.

Direct funder since
A broker adds a layer you pay for and never see.
Most business owners who look for capital end up talking to someone who cannot fund them. Here is what that usually costs.
8–12 points of broker fees folded into the deal. That is money your business owes and never receives.
Your file passed around to dozens of funders, each of them pulling your information.
Days of waiting while the broker works a list of funders, looking for one that will approve.
Nobody to call afterwards. Once the deal closes the broker moves on and the account is yours to sort out.
Go to the people who write the check.
Every Six Pillar Capital deal is paid out of our own capital. Nothing is marked up for a third party, your file stays in one building, and the team you speak to is the team that approves and wires the money.
Direct funder
Three steps, all of them with us.
This is the whole path from your application to money in the business account when there is nobody in the middle.
Step 1
Apply
Complete a short application and attach your latest bank statements. Set aside about 5 minutes. There is no hard credit pull and you are not committed to anything.
Step 2
Get a same-day decision
Our own underwriters read the file, so nothing sits in a third party's queue. For most businesses the answer comes back in hours rather than days.
Step 3
Receive the funds
After you accept the offer and sign, we wire the money straight to your business account. Most deals fund within 24 hours of approval.
Keep the broker's cut in your business.
The application takes 5 minutes and a direct funder gives you a decision the same day.
One funder, from the first call to the last payment
No broker, no markup, nobody relaying messages. This is what changes when the company you apply to is the company that funds you.
The money is ours
Six Pillar Capital funds from its own balance sheet. There is no broker markup on the deal, no outside approval chain to wait on, and no question about where the funds come from.
You speak with the decision-maker, not a sales rep.
Underwriting happens the same day
The underwriters sit in-house. They go through your application and bank statements and come back with a decision that day, usually within hours. Nobody is shopping your file while you wait.
Most deals are funded within 24 hours of approval.
You see the whole cost first
Before you sign we put the factor rate, the total payback and the payment schedule in front of you. No fees tucked away, no points hidden in the rate, nothing new after signing.
The number we quote is the number you pay.
The same team throughout
The people who take your first call are the people handling your final payment. Call us with an account question, or when you want to talk about a renewal, and you reach someone who knows the file.
A direct relationship, not a call-center handoff.
Take the middleman out and the markup, the waiting and the blame-shifting go with him. That is the reason we fund direct.
Six Pillar Capital exists so that business owners can reach working capital quickly and see exactly what it costs, without paying a broker for the introduction.

SBA and long-term options
Bankable · 5–25 years
Long-term financing at conventional rates, arranged through SBA programs or bank partners. This is the cheaper capital that every business should be building toward. Referral product, placed through lending partners.
Best for
680+ FICO with clean history
2+ years in business
Stable, documented revenue
Not yet if
Active advances or heavy stacking
Credit or banking issues unresolved
Secured lines of credit
Long-term · Revolving
A revolving line backed by assets: take what you need, pay it down, and draw on it again. Short of conventional bank financing, nothing we offer costs less.
Best for
Businesses with 680+ FICO
Real estate or equipment assets
Businesses ready to refinance or consolidate existing advances
Consider carefully if
Collateral is limited or encumbered
Monthly payment programs
Stability · 12–36 months
One payment a month instead of daily or weekly debits, at a lower factor rate. It suits businesses with steady monthly revenue and stronger credit that want to keep cash flow intact.
Best for
Established businesses with 650+ FICO
Businesses that bank monthly vs. daily
Clients transitioning from daily programs
Consider carefully if
Significant negative days in statements
Heavy stacking of existing advances
Revenue-based financing
Flexibility · Ongoing
The payment follows your sales. You pay more in a strong month and less in a slow one, which takes the pressure of a fixed payment off the quiet stretches. Six Pillar Capital funds this program directly.
Best for
Seasonal or cyclical businesses
Service-based companies
Businesses with variable monthly revenue
Consider carefully if
Revenue is already declining
Consolidation and restructure
Relief · Strategic
Several open positions rolled into one payment you can manage. Less cash leaves the account each day, your approval ceiling rises, and the business gets room to grow again.
Best for
Businesses with 2+ active advances
Clients being crushed by daily debits
Anyone building toward bankable financing
Not always available if
Revenue has declined significantly
Defaults or UCC liens are present
Short-term working capital
Speed · 3–12 months
An advance against your revenue, repaid out of daily or weekly deposits. It is the quickest money we offer, typically 24 hours from approval to funding. Six Pillar Capital funds this program directly.
Best for
Immediate operational gaps
Seasonal inventory needs
Time-sensitive opportunities
Businesses with strong daily revenue
Consider carefully if
Cash flow is already tight
You are already 50%+ over leveraged
We pick the program with you, then we fund it.
A direct funder has no reason to send your file anywhere. Our team reads the application, points you to the program that fits, and pays it out of our own capital. When we are the wrong fit we say so plainly instead of stringing you along.
Your score is only part of it. Revenue, deposits and existing debt carry the same weight, and this page lays out how they combine.
A
Tier A — Prime
680–800 FICO · Strong revenue · Clean history
Monthly payment programs — 8–14% conventional
Secured line of credit options
SBA pathway (with qualifying revenue)
Lowest factor rates available
Highest approval ceilings
The strongest footing for long-term financing. Our underwriters look for deposits that are both strong and regular.
B
Tier B — Near-prime
600–679 FICO · Moderate revenue
May qualify for monthly payment programs
Factor rates starting from 1.17
Hybrid bi-weekly structures available
Consolidation structures may apply
Tier B applicants with healthy deposits and steady revenue often land competitive rates, because cash flow counts heavily in our underwriting.
C
Tier C — Cash-flow based
Below 600 FICO · Deposit-driven approval
Weekly payment programs only
Daily payment programs
Approval based primarily on deposit volume and frequency
No monthly programs available at this tier
We structure cautiously at this tier and offer only what the cash flow can really carry. If a deal would not make sense for your business, we decline it.
Keep in mind. A credit score is a single data point. Tier A starts at 680, Tier B covers 600–679, and Tier C applies below 600. Where you finally land also depends on average monthly revenue, deposit frequency, number of negative days, and existing advance exposure. A 670 FICO with poor deposit patterns may qualify for less than a 610 FICO with strong, consistent deposits. Our underwriters weigh every one of these before any option is put in front of you.
What our underwriters read in your file
Average monthly revenue
Every decision starts here. We typically fund 75–150% of monthly revenue depending on tier and program type.
Deposit frequency
How often money arrives counts as much as the total. Steady daily deposits point to a healthier business than a few large, irregular ones.
Negative days
A day that ends below zero is a serious warning sign. More than 5–7 per month significantly reduces options and approval ceiling.
Existing advance exposure
Open positions lower the ceiling on a new approval. Few things narrow your funding options faster than heavy stacking.
FICO and credit history
Personal credit shapes the rate and the programs open to you, though strong revenue and deposit patterns can make up for it.
Approval ceiling
The most we will extend once every factor above is counted. We work it out before structuring anything, so you are not over-leveraged from the first day.
The questions business owners ask us most, answered without jargon.
A direct funder. Six Pillar Capital pays for the deals it approves out of its own capital. We are not a broker and we never pass your file to third parties, so the company you talk to is the one that makes the decision and sends the money.
Most businesses hear back on the day they apply. After approval and signing, the wire typically goes out within 24 hours. Everything is funded in-house, so no outside approval or broker has to be waited on.
No broker fees at all, since no broker is involved. You pay the rate we quote. Before you sign anything we show you the factor rate, the total payback amount and the payment schedule, with no hidden points added later.
A short application and your most recent 3 months of bank statements are enough to start. Applying involves no hard credit pull. Some programs and amounts need extra documents, and when they do we tell you at the outset.
Existing positions do not rule you out. Based on your revenue, deposit patterns and current exposure, we may be able to fold them into one payment that is easier to carry, or fund next to the advances you already have. We look at the file and tell you what is realistically on the table.
A broker stands between you and the money: they collect your application, send it around to funders, and add their own markup to your rate, typically 8–12 points. With us you deal with the funder itself. Nothing is marked up, your file is not shopped, and you are not waiting for a broker to find a taker. You make one application, to one decision-maker, and keep one relationship.
As a general guide we look for at least 6 months in business, $15,000+ in monthly revenue, and an active business bank account. Credit score matters without being decisive, since strong deposits and steady revenue can offset a lower score. Apply and we will tell you exactly where you stand.
The team that funded you. We are the direct funder, so your call goes to the people who manage the account. There is no broker relaying your question to a funder and waiting to hear back.
Something we did not cover? Ask and you will get a direct answer.
